*Contestants can wear and be anything pertaining to
under the water, not just the ocean but any body of
water including: bayous, ponds, lakes etc. Fish, gators
anchors, treasure chests etc. They CANNOT be a
mermaid of any sort or Ursula from Disney's Little
mermaid. No large back pieces or head dresses.
