Shipping and Handling Charges are included in the purchase price
- Orders for the Miss Gay America
2008 videos are anticipated (but not guaranteed) to ship near the end of
December 2007.
- All
orders will be delivered via signature confirmation
- L & T Entertainment has
right to refuse refund if claim for refund is not made within seven (7)
calendar days of delivery
- Any returned
merchandise may be subject to a 10% refund fee (if payment was
made electronically)
- Refunds requested on unshipped
merchandise will be subject to a processing fee. At minimum, the processing
fee will be the equivalent of electronic payment processing cost
- There will be an
additional charge of $35.00 fee for returned checks
- All orders are filled
on a first come, first serve basis. The average order turn-around time is a
week to ten days, however, in times of heavy order volume, the order
turn-around time may be longer.
