below is the “Host Hotel” information, that is very convenient to
Preliminary Night Competition, Revue Show and Final Night Competition (and other
official Miss Gay America 2012 pageant events)
You
must inform the Hotel, at the time you make your reservation, that you are
requesting the “Miss Gay America” rate otherwise you will be charged the
standard rate.

$109 per night plus tax
The
deadline for hotel reservations is October 01, 2011
All
contestants (unless otherwise approved by L & T Entertainment) MUST
stay at the
Sheraton Capitol
Square-downtown Columbus,
Ohio.
Only local resident contestants will be considered for other lodging
accommodations.
Contestants
who stay elsewhere without approval from L & T Entertainment, will face
administrative sanctions including but not limited to disqualification.
Please
be advised that Registration, Contestant Meetings, Promoter meeting, Male
Interview Competition, Preliminary Night Competition, “Meet and Greet Cocktail
Reception” (if scheduled), Vendor Booth set-up will be
located at the The Sheraton Capitol
Square Hotel-downtown
Columbus, Ohio.
Room availability is
limited, therefore you may wish to make your reservations early.
Prices
are as follows (in
order to receive the below prices, the hotel should be notified that guests are
with the “Miss Gay America” group):

$15 per day parking fee
(there will be a limited number of complimentary parking spaces for over-sized
vehicles (cube truck type vehicles. More information relative to the
complimentary parking will be provided at registration).
