The Miss Gay America 2010 Pageant...
ONE SINGULAR SENSATION!

 Contestant apparel for the final night opening number- All contestant will be required to wear a black “tuxedo” style jacket with tails … Contestants must also wear a solid black leotard or black tuxedo style pant… If contestants opt to wear the black slacks, they should also wear a black leotard/bodysuit or another piece of apparel underneath the tuxedo jacket with tails… Contestants who choose to wear a leotard, in lieu of slacks, must wear black fish net panty hose. Again, all undergarments worn in conjunction with the black tuxedo jacket with tails, must be black! Black rhinestones, black sequins or black beads may be used on the apparel provided that all embellishments are solid black. (No clear or AB stones should be on the clothing) Necklace and earrings can be of the contestants choice. Hair must be “slicked” back and can be pulled back in either a “ponytail” or a “bun” however the hair must follow the occipital bone, down the back of the head/neck… All contestants will be furnished with a black “top hat” which is mandatory to be worn…All shoes must be solid black.

 A portion of the opening number (with Miss Gay America 2009 Victoria DePaula) will be in an “audition” type setting, therefore, any dancers (of the contestants or entertainers/formers) are invited to be a part of the opening number… Dancers who participate in this portion of the opening number must be in “dancewear attire” of their choice (i.e. shorts, sweats, dance tights etc.)…

 

Former Miss Gay America apparel for the final night opening number- Former Miss Gay America’s who plan to walk in the opening number should contact L & T Entertainment to reserve the “color of their choice” as there will be only one color, per former allowed… Any color may be selected by the formers, except for purple. Formers who choose not to comply with the opening number apparel requirement will ONLY be allowed to walk the stage, during the “formers” presentation, prior to the coronation of Miss Gay America 2010… That is, they will not be allowed to participate in the opening number, if they do not abide by the “opening number apparel requirements”…

 All formers will be required to wear a “tuxedo” style jacket with tails, in the “reserved” color of their choice … Formers must also wear a solid leotard or solid color tuxedo style pant (in the “reserved” color of their choice)… If Formers opt to wear the slacks, they should also wear a solid color leotard/bodysuit or another piece of apparel underneath the tuxedo jacket with tails… Formers who choose to wear a leotard, in lieu of slacks, must wear fish net panty hose. Again, all undergarments worn in conjunction with the tuxedo jacket with tails, must be in one solid color! Rhinestones, sequins or beads (in the color of their choice) may be used on the apparel provided that all embellishments are one solid color and are a match to the chose color. (No clear or AB stones should be on the clothing) Necklace and earrings can be of the formers choice.
