                                        Contest Regulations  

• All photos must be submitted at the time of registration or mailed to:
• Photos may be submitted in either black and white or color
• 8 X 10 photos only will be accepted as entries
• Photos are non-returnable
• Stage Name of Contestant and Contestant Number must be indicated on the backside of the photo
• Photos must be of the contestant only (no other person should be in the photo)
• Photos of contestants in crown should only be a Miss Gay America system crown
• The winner of Miss Gay America Photogenic contest will be announced during the awards ceremony of Miss Gay America 2009-Final Night.
• The winner of the Photogenic Competition will receive a certificate and a $50.00 cash prize.
• Photos will be judged on: Beauty, creativity, pose and expression
• Photos will be judged by a panel of five former Miss Gay America titleholders
