Host Hotel Information

The response we have received inquiring about hotel room availability, from the general public, has been overwhelming therefore, due to convenient hotel room limitations, we have negotiated the best possible "Miss Gay America" rates the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.

Listed below is the official “Host Hotel” information, that is very convenient to Preliminary Night Competition, Revue Show and Final Night Competition (and other official Miss Gay America 2009 pageant events)

You must inform the Hotel, at the time you make your reservation, that you are requesting the “Miss Gay America” rate otherwise you will be charged the standard rate.

The Millennium Hotel-Downtown St. Louis is the official Hotel for the Miss Gay America 2009 pageant.

All contestants (unless otherwise approved by L & T Entertainment) MUST stay at the Millennium Hotel-downtown St. Louis .

Contestants who stay elsewhere without approval from L & T Entertainment, will face administrative sanctions including but not limited to disqualification.  

Please be advised that Registration, Contestant Meetings, Promoter meeting, Male Interview Competition, Preliminary Night Competition, Miss Gay America Revue Show (which all contestants are required to attend), “Meet and Greet Cocktail Reception”, Vendor Booth set-up and the Final Night Competition will be located at the Millennium Hotel-downtown St. Louis. 

Room availability is limited, therefore you may wish to make your reservations early.

Prices are as follows (in order to receive the below prices, the hotel should be notified that guests are with the “Miss Gay America” group):

$115 per night plus tax- (in the newly renovated       North Tower …with the revolving restaurant)
$95 per night plus tax-     (in the other South Tower ) 

$8 per day parking fee

Room reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, 10-01-2008 or there is a possibility that rooms will not be available (or not available at the Miss Gay America discounted rate)
