All contestant applications are due to the
national office on or before September 25, 2008. (contestant applications
will be available by August 15, 2008). Administrative Point
deduction will be levied against those contestants who submit tardy applications
or incomplete applications. Still photography will be allowed. No motion recording cameras will be allowed. Violators of this request will be asked to leave premises without refund of admission fees. A video of the events will most likely be available by late-December 2008.
